I have owned mine for more than a year, now, and am still very pleased.Now, there are a couple things that might irk you, so I'll be honest about those quirks, but please know that I don't want any other coffee maker than this one...I barely use my Keurig anymore because I like this one so much...okay, enough babble, here's the quirks: -When you put water into the Hot Water System, some of it overflows into the coffee maker water container. This ends up adding more water than you anticipated to your next pot of coffee. What I do is this: If I haven't made a pot of coffee in a few days, yet kept filling the water system, I turn on the coffee maker without adding coffee grinds. This causes all the water to come out. Then, I make a fresh pot of coffee. I don't mind this extra step. That's how much I like this coffee maker. -If you put the unit flush against a wall, it's difficult to pour water into the coffee maker unit. I've... You can't pour the water too fast because it will run down the carafe and get all over the counter. Takes way too long to brew a pot of coffee. I can make 3 pots in my old Bunn compared to one in this thing. I am going back to a Bunn and giving this one to my daughter.
